For students who want to go deeper

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga, AntwerpYoga Academy offers a grounded and authentic space to deepen your practice, expand your understanding, and grow into the teacher or student you are meant to become. Led by Ine Maes and supported by an experienced team of dedicated teachers, our trainings are rooted in real practice, lived experience, and integrity. We honour the essence of yoga—its philosophy, discipline, and heart—while making space for the reality of modern life. Close to the roots of the tradition, yet informed by contemporary science and understanding, our approach bridges ancient wisdom with modern knowledge in a way that is both practical and relevant. Here, you won’t find quick fixes, spiritual shortcuts, or trainings built around trends and performance. Instead, we value depth over appearance, dedication over achievement, and embodied understanding over theory alone. We believe that meaningful learning happens through practice, self-inquiry, reflection, and integration. Our trainings encourage students to cultivate curiosity, humility, awareness, clarity, and presence. Not only on the mat, but in life and, for those who choose to teach, in the way they guide others. We aim to support the development of authentic teachers and practitioners who embody what they learn rather than simply accumulate knowledge. AntwerpYoga Academy offers a range of courses and modules that build upon our 200-hour foundational training. All modules, such as our Advanced Vinyasa Training, are open to anyone who has completed a 200-hour teacher training, whether with us or at another registered school. All of our academy courses are internationally recognized and Yoga Alliance certified, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence in yoga education.
Whether you come to teach or to explore, AntwerpYoga Academy is a place to return to what matters most. A place to learn, to integrate, to question, to refine. A place where practice becomes understanding, and understanding becomes lived experience. Welcome home.
Not because you need to become more, but because the practice keeps revealing more.
