Antwerp Yoga is growing along with the changing face of Yoga, and we are pleased to announce a new AYTT that addresses the needs of the modern yoga practicioner. Building upon the strong foundation built by team AY over the years, the 2025-2026 AYTT provides a solid base for teaching dynamic Vinyasa-based Yoga as well as the opportunity to further discover and specialize in a selection of Yoga styles. The 2025-2026 AYTT consists of 11 weekends (Saturday - Sunday) and 1 Saturday spread over 10 months in which you will receive Master Classes, ãsana workshops, integrative anatomy, applied yoga philosophy and theory and practical mentoring for building a stronger personal and professional yoga practice. The Master Classes will expose the AYTT student to a range of experienced teachers and styles
with the opportunity to both enhance a physical practice and learn the behind-the-scenes of building a strong Yoga practice. The lead teacher of this training is Ine Maes. She has led 8 200h teacher trainings before, this will be her fifth for Antwerp Yoga. Ine also teaches an advanced training an other modules like Yin Yoga.
