A supportive training for yoga teachers and practicioners who want to refine their craft with clarity, creativity, and care. Over these days together we take a steady, practical approach: clear progressions, thoughtful sequencing, and space to grow at your own pace. We work with correct Vinyasa's, mandala pathways, fluid and safe transitions, and prop-smart inversions. You’ll sharpen your cueing, strengthen bandha awareness, and learn to thread themes with a light touch so your classes feel coherent without becoming performative, always with the perfect balance between effort and ease.
Whether you’re actively teaching or simply wish to deepen your personal practice, you are warmly welcome. The only prerequisite is that you’ve completed a 200-hour teacher training, from any school. You do not need to have trained with us to join. Our focus is simple: teach what you truly see, offer inclusive options, and let the breath set the pace. You’ll leave with sequences that make sense, cues that land, and a quiet confidence to guide advanced work kindly and sustainably; in your style, with your voice.
If this feels like your next step, you’re warmly welcome.

About Ine Maes
Ine began practicing yoga in 1998, when she was introduced to it during her professional dance training. What started as a complementary discipline became a steady, devoted practice that still anchors her every day. She understands the vinyasa system through years of consistent, lived application: breath leads, attention organizes, movement follows.
Ine is known for profound yet safe hands-on assists that meet students on several levels—body, breath, trust, and presence. You won’t find her on the mat while teaching; she moves through the room, observing closely and offering grounded, attuned support. Her sensitivity and physical intuition have been shaped by more than two decades of teaching and by receiving guidance within the Mysore tradition from respected teachers.
As a teacher trainer, Ine leads the 200-hour foundational training, advanced modules, yin yoga trainings, and workshops on themes close to the heart of the practice. At the center of everything she shares is a sincere commitment to inner peace and freedom—on and beyond the mat—kept practical, clear, and caring.
Alongside the lead teacher, 4 experienced AntwerpYoga team members will join to share their specialties and inspire your practice:
Adrienne Altenhaus: Chakras
Vicky Vriesacker: Somatic practice
Katrien Van Hecke: Arm balances & props
Lennert De Schrijver: Asana benefits
