Explore the five movements of prana for clarity, balance, and real-world application
The pancha prana vayus describe five directional flows of prana, our vital life force, through body and mind. We receive prana through breath, food, and sensory input; it is then assimilated, transformed, or released. When this flow is disrupted, it can show up as imbalance, pain, or illness.
