
Exploring key physical & energetic patterns in Ashtanga yoga and how they enable the experience of stability & ease in this moving, breathing practice. Through deep observation and physical practice of some foundational asanas of the Primary Series, key lessons are found that apply further to more complex asanas in the various Ashtanga yoga sequences. Space & time will be set aside for questions / open discussion.
Ethan Ward is an Authorized Level II Ashtanga Yoga instructor who leads transformative events around the world. He shares deep & authentic experiences of yoga, empowering practitioners to connect with the Ashtanga method in its purest form - passing on the practice exactly as learned through over a decade of study with Guru R. Sharath Jois in Mysore, India.
