
A soft series to help your body remember calm. Over three 75-minute sessions we combine breath work, restorative yoga and gentle somatic practices to stimulate the parasympathetic (vagus) response and take the first steps toward nervous system healing. Expect simple tools you can repeat at home, a quiet pace, and lots of support.

About Ine
Ine is a yoga and meditation teacher and trainer who helps people regulate stress and rebuild trust in their bodies. She leads retreats and develops accessible trainings that blend practical tools with clear, down-to-earth guidance. Her work centers on nervous system education, breath, and simple rituals you can use every day. Ine teaches in English and Dutch and is the author of, among others, Mind-Body Book Stress.
