A 3-Day Training in Assists, Adjustments & Intelligent Use of Props
How can we support our students in evolving their asana practice—physically, mentally, and emotionally—while creating a space where they feel safe, seen, and held?
This 3-day training is a deep dive into the art of hands-on assists and adjustments and the intelligent use of props when they are really needed, with a strong focus on adapting the practice to the body in front of you. Each day is rooted in physical experience: we begin with a warming practice to embody what we will explore in depth throughout the day.
Whether you're helping someone find more stability in Trikonasana, guiding breath and softness into a supported backbend, or offering the simple gift of presence in a Shavasana assist—this training will refine your touch, your awareness, and your confidence.
Ine is known for her profound and safe hands-on assists that work not just on a physical level, but also touch the layers of breath, trust, and presence. You won’t find her on the mat while teaching—she’s always walking around the room, offering grounded and attuned support.
Her sensitivity, combined with a strong physical intuition, has been shaped by more than two decades of teaching and by receiving guidance in the Mysore tradition from some of the world’s most respected teachers.
Ine is a dedicated teacher trainer, leading the 200-hour foundational yoga training, advanced modules, yin yoga training, and workshops on themes close to the heart of the practice. At the core of everything she shares is a deep commitment to inner peace and freedom—both on and beyond the mat.
This training is a reflection of that experience: grounded in tradition, taught with clarity, and held with care.
