This spring, we offer a new series of Asana Labs.
These focused sessions are for anyone who would like more time to explore specific postures and transitions with clarity, guidance, and support. In a regular class, there is not always enough space to slow things down, break things apart, ask questions, and really understand the technique behind what you are practising. These labs are here to offer exactly that.
Each session focuses on one specific posture or movement pattern and gives you the opportunity to work with the preparation, technique, and building blocks in a steady and approachable way. The intention is to help you refine your practice, grow in confidence, and move forward with more awareness.
Whether you usually practise Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Easy Flow, or another style, these mini workshops are open to everyone who wants to learn and deepen their understanding.
For the best experience, we recommend combining the lab with a class beforehand, so your body is warm and ready to practise safely.
Free for everyone with a yearly, monthly, or 3-month subscription. Students with a class card or drop-in can join using one credit. Booking is available through the regular schedule.
If you can’t make it, even last-minute, please cancel your class so someone else has the chance to join. Thank you! :-)
