Luca (he/they)is a mover and artist originally from Italy, whose journey began in dance and gradually expanded into yoga. Their desire to deepen the connection to their body led them to the mat early on, during their initial experiences as a freelance dancer.
Trained and active across Europe—Switzerland, Italy, Sweden, Germany, and Belgium—Luca holds a degree from Ballettschule Theater Basel and from the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp, alongside a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and a 50-hour Yin Yoga certification, both completed at Antwerp Yoga, while finalising their BA in 2022–2023.
Now a member of the Wolfa Collective, Luca continues to develop their own artistic research while collaborating on a variety of projects within the Belgian scene and beyond.
Grounded in a deep sensitivity to the body and its variability, Luca’s approach blends the precision of dance with the mindfulness of yoga. They have always integrated both practices, valuing them as pathways to cultivate physical well-being and a multifaceted connection to the body. As a mover and performer, they believe in the power of embodied practice to connect the self with others and the surrounding environment.
Luca sees yoga as the path to the self, supporting their teaching and spreading knowledge through movement as a bridge between inner and outer experiences—transforming breath, memory, and sensation into embodied presence. Whether teaching or practicing, they explore how stillness and flow support personal grounding and collective connection.
