Cacao is one of these teacher plants that reconnect us to the power of our own heart. It ignites our feeling sense, so we can experience our lives more through the body and less through the mind.

Through ritual and music we connect to the medicine plant of Cacao to invite the magic in us to unfold in the here and now. As each moment is sacred and part of the ceremony called life, this specific "sacred and safe space" is an invitation to open ourselves to the magic of who we truly are.

Music has the power to move us so we can begin to express ourselves from the inside out. During the Ecstatic Dance we invite the body to take the lead, to shake, to move and unwind itself. In this way dance can become our prayer, but also a portal to our subconscious mind.

As we flow trough different frequencies and emotions, we allow ourselves to express and free ourselves, so we can drop back into the bliss of pure being.

What you need to bring:

- your favorite cup for the Cacao

- a bottle of water

- clothes you feel free to move and dance

- openness to connect deeper to yourself and others

- snacks to share with the tribe

- something for the altar if you feel like it (candles, flowers, power symbols to recharge)
