Yoga: An Extraordinary Life
Level: All - Duration: 1 day (2 sessions)
Is there anything in the yoga tradition that can help me deal with life’s issues? Move closer to my goals? Eliminate obstacles? Become a happier person? There certainly is! In fact, from its very beginnings the various yoga traditions have developed a wealth of practices, attitudes and understandings of immense value not only to optimize all aspects of our life, but —perhaps most important— to deal with the big issues we all face at one time or another: What to do about desires, money, power, food, etc.? In this interactive and practical workshop we will explore the various approaches developed to deal with such questions, with particular emphasis on Tantra.

Meditation Through the 3 Gunas
80% Meditation, 20% Lecture
The 3 gunas are a traditional way of looking at reality with broad implications for yoga practice. When applied to meditation, they become a lens through which we can explore and navigate the entire range of experiences and approaches. This workshop will help us not only to broaden our understanding of meditation, but also to find ways of dealing with the environment, the various challenges we may encounter in meditation practice and the various possibilities to enter the heart of the practice. An innovative approach with broad applications.
