Goedele Leyssen was working as a beauty journalist when she got to know Kundalini Yoga. She found answers to questions she had been struggling with and she turned her life around. Goedele became a successful yoga teacher and has been teaching workshops, giving lectures, organising yoga retreats (both national and international) ever since. On top of that, she writes lifestyle articles for Het Laatste Nieuws and Feeling.
Her first book ‘Boost’ (2014), a manual for body and mind, became a bestseller. A year later, ‘Balans’ was published, a book in which she describes how to deal with stress in a better way. During her training as holistic nutrionist, Goedele became fascinated by the effect of food on emotions. In her new book ‘Moodfood’, she explains how you can become emotionally more stable by eating the right food.
We all have our own daily dose of stress. When you cannot cope very well, frustration, fear and grief will easily pop up and will deplete you of energy. It does not have to be this way. During this workshop, you will learn how to become more stress-resistant with pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (yoga postures), meditation and a few clever lifestyle tips. Open to all levels.
