Did you ever feel the need of having your own personal ‘RESET’ button?
If ‘yes’: this workshop is for you! Discover some powerful tools to relax and renew that are simple and for everyone! Roll and release yoga is a pathway to healing, flexibility, letting go of tensions and pains and even letting go of emotional energy that cause a lot of suffering.
We use ‘props’ like tennis balls and blocks to massage and manipulate the myofascial tissue, which is a membrane that holds our energetical and emotional body. Often through emotional traumas, physical injuries, overuse of muscles, lack of movement and just life in general, this membrane and so our bodies become very stiff. This is where we hold a lot of tension from light pain to seriously suffering.
What to expect: In this session you will learn how to liberate yourself from these tensions and improve the mobility of the joints and your flexibility in general. Already after one session you will feel the difference!
