Whilst using coordination of breath and movement you will facilitate whole body connection with control from your midline. During the practice you will establish foundational articulations around the joints in the body. MAGNUS RINGBERG (S) Magnus Ringberg is a physiotherapist from Sweden and an experienced yoga teacher with broad knowledge how to optimize movement. He travels around the world teaching classes, workshops and trainings. With his extensive training in movement techniques, such as yoga, pilates, garuda and functional training, he can offer unique sessions. Magnus' goal is to inspire you to create more vitality and greater freedom. Magnus' inspiring teaching is based on informed movement with attention to alignment and guiding the body three dimensionally. Magnus is known for his playful approach to training and he will challenge you to let go. For him it’s about constantly moving and the ability to transfer your body and to move with ease and effortlessness.
