For anybody who wants to experience their Bliss body and wants to remove the root causes of suffering. Deep emotional, mental and physical blocks will be released in this workshop, giving more joy, space and freedom in your life.
Katiza Satya learned this program from one of her masters Swami Nithyananda in India Mysore in 2005. After undergoing herself the program she was so fascinated with it that she decided to follow a Teacher Training to be able to give it to others.
This is an intense program to awaken our seven chakras. Each chakra has a corresponding meditation and process. During the weekend we will move through all the chakras understanding their role and function in theory and practice.

Katiza has in depth knowledge of Vipassana and Mindfulness meditation, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin and yoga as a way of life. Her friendly personality, contagious enthusiasm and warm heart inspire her students to getting the best out of themselves. Since 1983 Katiza Satya has studied with a great number of prominent teachers and masters in Europe, the U.S. and India. Katiza Satya leads retreats, workshops, Teachers Training’s, immersions trainings and courses throughout Europe, Asia and South America.
She together with Sahaj are partners, senior teachers and spiritual advisers at Delight Yoga Amsterdam.
K. Sahaj applies yoga techniques from masters from different traditions. He started his spiritual journey 26 years ago after a spontaneous awakening experience. Sahaj’s main Hatha yoga teacher was Sri K Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. He traveled to India over a period of 8 years to study Ashtanga Yoga with him. He studied with Buddhist teachers and in Bali he was recently initiated in the Tantric Yoga of Avadhuta Mukti.
His motivation is to help the student optimize their vitality and to reconnect with their source of relaxation and spiritual inspiration by establishing a daily practice. He taught for many years in Byron Bay, Australia and is now teaching in Asia and Europe.
